About Us

Since 2009, Cary has worked in a variety of roles within the hospitality industry. From starting as a kitchen porter and waiting tables to bartending and managing, he has gained a wealth of knowledge. Now the MD of his own business he applies all of his experience to his work daily with passion and commitment.

In 2017, Cary spent the summer months in Alcudia, Mallorca, working as a bartender in a busy nightclub; the Prince of Wales. This exposed him to a new side of the bartending industry. On his return to the UK in August, he started working at Vertigo Lounge, a renowned cocktail lounge bar in Hornchurch.

Cary soon began to explore his interest in flairing. In October 2019, he completed the Working Flair Course at the European Bartending School (EBS) in London. In January, he completed the International Bartenders Course at EBS, furthering his knowledge and skills. He then completed the Advanced Mixology Course and obtained his Yellow Grade from the World Flair Association.

Practising every day in his purpose-built flair room, he is dedicated to consistently improving his technique and learning new skills. Cary is currently working towards his Orange Grade from the World Flair Association

During lockdown is where CaryFlairBartender Services Ltd was born with the simple goal of providing an outstanding and high quality mobile bartending service that surpasses all expectations.

In July 2021 he thought he would make a move and see what the london life is like and therefore got a bartenders job at a 5 Star Hotel in the city. He has recently left now to focus purely on his own business and move it to the next level.
